For clients who find clinic visits difficult, our physiotherapists bring tailored, exercise-based rehabilitation directly to you. We specialise in improving mobility, balance, and confidence for older adults, stroke survivors, and those with neurological conditions—helping you stay independent longer.

Our Home-Visit Service

  • Comprehensive Functional Assessment
    We review your mobility goals, observe real-life tasks (standing, transfers, stair use), and craft an exercise plan suited to your home.

  • Stroke & Neuro-Rehabilitation Expertise
    Specialist techniques for stroke survivors and clients with Parkinson’s, MS, or other neurological conditions—focusing on retraining movement patterns and regaining strength.

  • Exercise Prescription & Coaching
    Gentle strength, balance, and flexibility exercises—using household items like chairs and railings—designed to reduce fall risk and build confidence.

  • Falls Prevention & Safety Advice
    We identify trip hazards (loose rugs, poor lighting) and recommend simple home adaptations to keep you safe.

  • Carer & Family Education
    We coach caregivers on safe transfer techniques and how to support your exercise programme.

Session Fees

Initial Assessment (60 minutes) - £70

Follow-up session (30 minutes) - £58

Extended sessions are available for those clients who need a little bit longer at the hourly rate (£70)

Everyday items—a sturdy chair, a bannister or wall for support, and clear floor space. We bring any small props required.
