In small groups (max 9 people), our chartered physiotherapists guide you through tailored exercises that enhance core stability, correct alignment, and boost flexibility—perfect whether you’re recovering from injury, managing back pain, or simply want to feel stronger in your everyday movements.

What to expect in your first class

  • Brief Assessment (5 min)
    – Quick chat about your goals, injuries or movement restrictions
    – Simple posture & movement screen

  • Guided Pilates Session (45 min)
    – Mat-based exercises whole body workout targeting core & postural muscles
    – Equipment (bands, small props) to challenge and adapt movements
    – Individual form cues to ensure safety and maximise benefit

  • 10 minutes of guided relaxation at the end of the class…

FAQs

Do I need Pilates experience?
No—everyone starts somewhere. We guide beginners step-by-step, and offer progressions for more advanced students.

What should I wear?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing (leggings, shorts or joggers and loose fitting or a fitted top). Grippy socks work best.

Can I bring my own mat?
Yes—but we provide high-quality mats and Pilates equipment if you don’t have your own.
